- All rates are quoted in USD (exchange rate is approximately $1.33 CDN$ = $1 USD)
- Every individual (including adult, student, children, and overseas guest) attending the convention will have to register
- Registration and meal plans must be purchased together.
- Meal cost will be added separately once the meal plan is selected
- Meal Plan tickets will be distributed at the time of registration at the hotel

MEAL INFORMATION
- Cost of meal is not included in the registration cost
- Meal plan is for two buffet dinners (served on July 6th and July 7th)
- BOTH registration and meal plan must be purchased at the time of registration
- Meal plans may not be available for purchase after June 15, 2019
- Meal plan has to be purchased on an individual basis
(e.g. a registered family of 2 adults will need to purchase 2 adult meal plans)
- See the registration table above for cost of meal.
- Register early to avail the reduced price.

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Members of AANA or AFNA will get an additional discount of $25 per family OR $ 10 per single adult member only on the registration fees.
- In order to avail the discount, be a member of AANA or AFNA on or before 31st May 2019.
- Please use PROMO CODE “AANA Member” or “AFNA Member” while registering online. The PROMO code can be applied at the payment page during registration. If you are both AANA and AFNA member, please use only one discount code.
- No additional discount on Meal Plan for AANA and AFNA members
- Registration with Meal Plan discount must be paid together. Once you register with the meal plan, you will not be allowed to drop the meal plan later.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Register for the convention on the Assam Convention 2019 web site. Payment can be made with PayPal or any major credit card.
- CREDIT CARD: All major credit cards accepted. No PayPal account required. PayPal is just the payment brokering company. (Preferred, it is a quick automated and secured online option).
- PAYPAL ACCOUNT: Direct deposit from all major Bank accounts and Credit cards using your PayPal account. (Preferred, it is a quick automated and secured online option).

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 70 % of registration fees will be refunded if canceled prior to June 25, 2019
- No refund requests will be entertained after June 25, 2019
- Meal Plans are NOT refundable
