In order to provide better value for your money and time, we would like to offer you an option to see New York City or visiting the Atlantic City casinos at a much reduced cost while you are in the area to attend the Assam Convention in New Jersey from July 3-5, 2014. This is just an additional service provided ONLY to convention attendees for your pleasure and not related to any expenses or charges for the Assam Convention. We will only arrange the bus after hearing from you, to avoid forfeit of any deposit.  We will need 56 respondents to book a bus for any of the above places to reduce the total expenses. We can arrange any number of buses based on the multiples of 56. The arrangement will be done on first come first basis from the survey response gathered daily from today till the 20th of March. At this time, you will need to respond with your name, email and phone contact information along with the number of seats you would need on the tour. We will collect the charges later. This survey is sent early enough so that you can take the tour day(s) into account in your travel plan just in case you want to avail of the opportunity. If you choose to take the NY City tour on 6th of July, please make your return flight arrangement NOT before 7:00 PM EST on the same day from Newark. Add one more hour for JFK flights. For Atlantic City tour on 6th of July, please book your return flight for the next day (7th of July) to be safe.  We will make arrangement with United Airlines for getting discount until 8th of July.
