MEAL INFORMATION

Cost of meal is not included in registration fee.
See the table above for cost of meal.
Meal Plan is for 2 buffet dinner which will be served on Saturday (06/30), and Sunday, July 1, 2018.
Registration with Meal Plan must be paid together.
Meal plan may not be available after June 15, 2018
Register early to avail the reduced price.

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Members of AANA or AFNA will get an additional discount of $25 per family only on registration. In order to avail the discount, be a member of AANA or AFNA on or before 31st May 2018.
Please use PROMO CODE AANA Member or AFNA Member while registering online. If you are both AANA and AFNA member, please use only one discount code.
No additional discount on Meal Plan for AANA and AFNA members
Registration with Meal Plan discount must be paid together. Once you register with meal plan, you will not be allowed to drop the meal plan later.
The meal plan option may not be available after 15th June 2018.
