MEAL INFORMATION

Cost of subsidized meal is not included in registration fee.
See the table above on right for cost of meal.
Meal Plan is for buffet lunch and buffet dinner which will be served on Sunday, July 3, 2016.
Lunch menu consists of 5 items, and dinner menu consists of 12 items.
Registration with Meal Plan must be paid together.
Registration fee and meal plan price before May 15, 2016, will be lower than after this date. Register early to avail the reduced price.

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Members of AANA or AFNA as of 31st May 2016 will get an additional discount of $25 per family only on registration. In order to avail the discount, be a member of AANA or AFNA on or before 31st May 2016.
Please use PROMO CODE AANA Member or AFNA Member while registering online. If you are both AANA and AFNA member, please use only one discount code.
No additional discount on Meal Plan for AANA and AFNA members
Registration with Meal Plan discount must be paid together. Once you register with meal plan, you will not be allowed drop the meal plan later. Payment has to be received on or before 15th May 2016. After 15th May 2016, price of meal will increase to $75.00 for adults, $50.00 for children (12 to 18 years) and $40.00 for children (7 to 11 years).
The meal plan option may not be available after 20th June 2016.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Credit Card: All major credit cards accepted. No PayPal account required. PayPal is just the payment brokering company. (Preferred, it is a quick automated and secured online option).

MANDATORY FOLLOW-UP ON MANUAL PROCESS

While paying by "Check", your Registration will be complete only after the check has been received by the Finance Committee within 5 business days.
