06/28/16 (Tuesday) to 07/07/16 (Thursday).
You can come and stay earlier before 3 days of the convention and stay another 3 days after the convention. This allows you to plan your vacation for a longer period. As Seattle is a port for Alaska Cruises, you can add it with the convention dates.

Ask for group rate for “Assam Convention 2016” when calling. Credit card number is required, but there will not be any charge until you check in. In case of difficulties with the web link, call the number.

You can avail rooms with one King bed or two Queen beds. The King bed rooms has an extra Sofa cum bed which sleeps two adults. The rate is for two adults and two children, select 2 adults when making the reservation with two children. Additional adults will be charged extra $20 dollars plus Tax. You may request for adjoining rooms with connected door for families.
High-Speed Internet, Wired or Wireless is complimentary in Guest rooms and in Public areas and Meeting rooms.
Valet parking which is normally at $29.00 per Day is offered at $10.00 per Day as a convention rate from 06/28/16 (Monday) to 07/07/16 (Thursday).
Hotel guests can have as many ins and outs per day; mention room number and Assam Convention 2016 to the attendant. Charges will be on the room bill.
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEATAC) is 17 miles from the hotel. The hotel does not provide shuttle service. You may avail private shuttle service, like the ShuttleExpress which normally charges $19.00 dollars per person, children with parents ride free. You can also take a Taxi or a Bus.
